NEWS FLASH: August 2009. Jazz has another 2 runs in started A course on sheep, gaining her HSAs title as well as a spare leg. Once again she takes out High In Trial for each run. She debuts on ducks as well, gaining a pass and Runner Up High in Trial - missing out to her older "sister" by .5 point!

Jazz had her first attempt at trialling on A course sheep this month and astounded me with 2 very nice runs, each for a high in trial.
November 08.
Jazz is now 14 months old and has completed her PT title on sheep in fine style. She gained her first pass in June and 2 passes in October, having not worked sheep at all in the meantime. The judges comented on how calm and controlled she was.
Jazz has been having a break from the show ring while she matures and grows some clothes, she got her first points towards her show title in August 08 and we hope to build on this next year when we get back out there again.
I have still been really slack as a trainer with Jazz and have done very limited training with her. She is so easy to live with then I tend not to worry about it too much. She does the basics when asked. I intend on gettng back to training properly with her at some stage. She is a very flashy, energetic dog and I think would make an excellent Heelwork To Music dog, if put the required time into her.
Jazz is the most toy obsessed dog I have ever owned, our house is a trail of toys from 1 end to the other. The curent favourite is the frisbee and she will happily trot from room to room carrying it, just in case we want to throw it. When watching TV at night it is not uncommon for me to have a toy dropped on lap and and a young border collie dropped 2m from me, staring intently!
